What Can I Do To Prepare For My BBL Treatment?
Use SPF if you need to go outside in sunny weather. Our recommendation is to limit sun exposure at least two weeks before and after your treatment. This helps ensure optimal results and minimal discomfort. There is no recovery from this procedure, and you can continue your daily routines the same day of your treatment.
What Will Happen During The Procedure?
After discussing your goals with our provider, your face will be cleansed and prepped for the treatment. Your eyes will be covered with safety glasses and a clear ultrasound gel will be applied to the treatment area. The device is then glided along the surface area using different wavelengths to achieve your desired result. You may feel the heat as the targeted areas absorb the light, but it should not hurt. Most patients compare the sensation to the feeling of a warm stone massage. Your procedure may take thirty to forty-five minutes.
How Long Will It Take To Recover?
This is a non-invasive procedure with no need to postpone your daily routines. In most cases, you can continue your activities on the same day of treatment.
What Should I Expect After The Treatment?
You may get some redness or irritation, but that should dissolve within a few hours. Sunspots or uneven pigmentation will become darker as it comes to the surface, but then it will flake off and fade. Results depend on your condition, the number of treatments, and the area treated.
